Company structure:

We are a UK-based independent furniture retailer with 21 stores across the UK, an online web sales platform, and a global supply chain. Fabb Furniture is the trading name for Anglia Home Furnishings Ltd (AHF Ltd). AHF Ltd began trading in 1979, with a rebrand in 2020 to Fabb Furniture. We employ over 200 staff members across our retail estate, distribution centre and head office.

Policies and commitments:

We are committed to sourcing our materials and components from responsible suppliers who share our values and adhere to ethical standards. The majority of our suppliers are based in the UK, with a small proportion based in the Far East and Europe.

We maintain a comprehensive code of conduct for all our employees that includes provisions on fair treatment, respect, and non - discrimination. Our employees are expected to uphold these principles and report any concerns regarding modern slavery or unethical practices.

We prioritise the fair treatment of all individuals within Fabb Furniture and strictly comply with all applicable employment laws, including age verification, right to work checks, and remuneration in accordance with national minimum wage regulations.

Reporting and monitoring:

All employees are encouraged to report any suspicions or concerns related to modern slavery to our HR department. We assure our employees that any reported incidents will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate actions taken.

Fabb Furniture has zero tolerance to all aspects of modern slavery within its own UK-based business and its overseas supply chain. We will continue to strengthen our policies, procedures, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure that we trade ethically, source responsibly and ensure modern slavery is eradicated.
